Double the Booking Rate, by Answering First.
In home services, the customer with a burst pipe calls three companies and hires whoever picks up. This client stopped losing that race. Client details are anonymized; this one is a shorter story than our real estate case study because the fix was one mechanism, applied ruthlessly.
The situation
Enquiries arrived from their website and ads at all hours. During jobs, after hours, and on weekends, nobody could answer, and callbacks happened when someone got a spare moment. In a trade where the first company to respond usually wins the job, that delay was the whole problem.
What we built
One mechanism: every new lead gets a callback from an AI voice agent within 90 seconds, day or night. The agent confirms the job details, answers the obvious questions, and books the appointment straight into the calendar. A human only enters the picture once there is a real, scheduled job to do.
The result
The lead-to-booking rate doubled. Not because the leads got better or the ads got smarter, but because the business started winning the race it had been silently losing: being the first one to respond, every single time.
The honest note
We publish fewer numbers here than in the real estate study because fewer were measured before we started; that is common in smaller operations. The before and after that was measured, the booking rate, is the one that pays the bills.
